Trade customers

We accept commercial and industrial waste from traders at our transfer stations in Park Royal, Brentford and South Ruislip.

What can I dispose of?

We accept many types of waste, but we cannot accept:

• Materials containing asbestos
• Materials containing gypsum (i.e. plasterboard)
• Tyres
• Waste classified as hazardous (i.e. fluorescent tubes and chemicals)

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the type of material and its weight.  Our minimum charge will allow you to dispose of up to 200 kg.  For weights above 200 kg the charge is calculated based on price per tonne.  We have a separate charge for mattresses either delivered independently or included within mixed loads.

The recycling charges apply if the only items in the load are sorted recycling. A van load of wood or cardboard or green waste will be charged at the recycling rate but if the van contains general rubbish as well as the recycling the general mixed rate would apply.

The bulky items charge applies to any load of a volume over 10 cubic metres where the average density of the load is less than one tonne per 5 cubic metres.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made in cash or by major credit/debit card or you can open an account.

If you are a frequent trade visitor to one of our transfer stations you may find it more convenient to open an account with us. This allows anyone you authorise to tip waste on your behalf. At the end of each month we will send you an invoice for all waste deposited. For more details about opening a trade account or to request an application form please contact us.
